Describe a factory in one line. Claude builds it as a live 3D simulation you can run.
An open source agent skill. Under every miniature runs a real discrete event simulation: cycle times, batches, finite buffers, shifts, breakdowns and scrap. Throughput, takt, utilization and the bottleneck are computed, not drawn. Click a station, add a machine, and watch the bottleneck move.
One line
Claude reads the product, the volume and the time unit, states its assumptions (shifts, variant, scope) and writes the real process route with cycle times, batches, breakdown rates and yields.
Real model
Machines are sized with CEIL(rate x cycle / (batch x availability x 0.85)), then an event driven simulation runs the line with blocking, starving, failures and scrap. check.mjs prints the same numbers headless.
A page you own
One self-contained HTML file, about 1 MB, no server: a tilt-shift miniature with a live HUD, an inspector with sliders, and a 3 day forecast of every change from the same engine.
Install
The repository is the skill: a folder with SKILL.md at its root.
Then in Claude Code:
/factory a line that makes 2,000 e-bike motors a day
Works with any agent that reads Agent Skills. Node 20 or later; no dependencies. Playwright is optional, for screenshots and films. MIT licence.
