Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using airsup ("the Service") operated by Air Supply Technologies Inc., a US corporation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Description of the service

airsup is an AI-powered creative platform for hardware, software, and product builders. Each project is an infinite canvas where you describe what you need and the AI generates it. The Service includes:

• A per-project AI canvas that generates images, documents, tables, and interactive apps from your prompts.
• Context-aware AI that reads the files you upload and sees the images on your canvas.
• Tools to upload, organize, iterate on, and export your work.

airsup provides software tools only. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, original, or fit for any particular purpose, and you are responsible for how you use it.

3. Accounts and registration

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your account information accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login codes or credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about your company or product.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform systematically.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or airsup staff.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service in violation of these Terms.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

5. AI-generated content

airsup uses third-party AI models to process your inputs and generate content — images, documents, tables, code, and interactive apps. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be relied on without review.
• airsup does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or completeness of any AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it.

6. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the airsup platform, including software, design, trademarks, and AI systems, are and remain the exclusive property of airsup.

These Terms do not grant you any right to use the airsup name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.

Third-party logos displayed on our website. Certain company logos may appear on our website for illustrative purposes only. The display of these logos does not imply any direct partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation between airsup and the respective trademark owners. All logos and trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or submit ("User Content"), including your prompts, files, and the content you generate.

By submitting User Content, you grant airsup a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. We will not sell your User Content to third parties.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Your projects are private

Your projects, uploads, and generated content are private to your account, and we do not share them with other users. If you choose to share a project or its contents with anyone, you are responsible for what you share and with whom.

9. Payment

airsup offers a free plan and paid subscription plans that unlock more projects and higher usage limits. Pricing is shown before purchase and you are only charged for plans you explicitly buy.

Refunds. Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law. In particular, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, for failing to use the Service, or for dissatisfaction with AI-generated results. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you may cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the current paid period, but already-charged periods are not refunded. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.

10. Disclaimers

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and for how you use it. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless airsup and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

15. International users

European Union / EEA users

If you are in the EU or EEA, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. The limitation of liability in Section 11 applies only to the extent permitted by applicable EU law.

China users

If you are accessing the Service from the People's Republic of China, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable Chinese laws and regulations. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed outside of China in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email for material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
