Find the bottleneck in your factory.

Airsup finds the bottleneck by simulating your factory: the station that limits output shows up with its utilization, the queue in front of it and what it costs. Then you test the fix on the twin before you buy a machine.

Load of every station in a simulated week. The bottleneck is in red.

How it works.

Scan, twin, simulation and agents, in one workspace.

01Model every station

Cycle times, parallel cells, availability, shifts and buffers, from your data and the scan.

02Run the week

The simulation moves every unit through the line and records where it waits.

03Read the constraint

The bottleneck is the station at the top of the load chart, with the queue that forms in front of it.

04Test the fix

Add a cell, move an operator, change a shift: the twin shows whether the constraint moves and what output you gain.

What you get.

Every station
Utilization, queue and waiting time in one view
The decision
Which change raises output, and which only moves the problem

Questions.

Why simulate instead of using a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet adds averages. A simulation shows queues, blocking and starving, which is where a real line loses its output.

Does a faster non-bottleneck station help?

No. Only a change at the constraint raises the output of the line, and the twin shows it.
