Simulate your production line before you change it.

Airsup is manufacturing simulation software that builds a live digital twin of your line and runs a week of production on it in seconds. You see throughput, the bottleneck and lead time for every change before anyone moves a machine.

Your workspaceLive twin, simulated

The same line running three products. Every number is simulated.

How it works.

Scan, twin, simulation and agents, in one workspace.

01Scan the floor

Our team, or yours with the Airsup app, walks the line. Stations, machines and the flow are placed where they stand.

02Build the twin

Routing, cycle times, buffers, shifts and operators come from your data and the scan. Every input shows its source.

03Run the simulation

A discrete event simulation runs the week: units move station to station, queues form where they really form.

04Try the change

Switch the product, add a cell, change a shift. The twin shows what moves and what the fix costs.

What you get.

Questions.

What is manufacturing simulation software?

Software that models how material, machines and people move through a production process, so you can test a change before you make it. Airsup does this on a live digital twin of your own floor, not a generic model.

How is Airsup different from AnyLogic, FlexSim or Siemens Plant Simulation?

Those are modeling tools: a specialist builds a model by hand. Airsup starts from a scan of your floor, keeps the twin live with your data, and lets planners and engineers ask questions in plain words.

How much does it cost?

Full facility, from $5,000, every user included. Scope and price are agreed before work begins.
